Who We Are

Ready Today is operated by Keebler Technologies Inc. This statement explains how we handle information when you use the Ready Today mobile app, family and friend web access, website, and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including account details, phone numbers, contacts, shared-access requests, calendar events, reminders, checklist items, notes, and app activity such as created, updated, completed, opened, or snoozed reminders.

We may also collect technical information needed to run the service, such as device tokens for notifications, browser or device type, approximate diagnostics, and server logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide daily planning, reminders, coordination with family and friends, account access, security, support, service reliability, and product improvement. We do not use Ready Today information to make automated medical decisions.

Sharing with Family and Friends

Shared access is permission-based. A family member or friend can request access only when their verified phone number matches a contact, and access is granted only after approval from the mobile user or their authorized representative.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, notifications, analytics, security, customer support, and similar operational needs. These providers may process information for us so the service can function.

Your Choices

You can update or remove events, contacts, and shared access within the app where available. Mobile users can permanently delete their account and associated data from Settings in the Ready Today app. You can also contact us to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting information associated with your account, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

Children

Ready Today is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and respond.
