Ready Today Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Keebler Technologies Inc. for use of Ready Today, including the mobile app, family and friend web access, website, and related services. By using Ready Today, you agree to these terms.

What Ready Today Does

Ready Today helps people plan their day, manage reminders, track checklist items, and coordinate with family and friends who help them. The service is a planning and support tool. It is not a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or care advice.

Emergencies and Health Decisions

Do not rely on Ready Today for emergencies or urgent care. If there is an emergency, call local emergency services. You are responsible for confirming appointments, medications, care instructions, and any health-related decisions with qualified professionals.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. Shared access must be requested and approved through the service. Do not request or use shared access unless you are authorized to help the person whose calendar you are viewing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Ready Today, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights or safety.

User Content

You keep ownership of the events, contacts, notes, checklist items, and other content you add. You give us permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Ready Today.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Ready Today. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Intellectual Property

Ready Today, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Keebler Technologies Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimers and Liability

Ready Today is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keebler Technologies Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
